Subprocessors

NeverMissAMessage uses a small number of carefully selected third-party providers to deliver the service. These subprocessors may process personal data on our behalf as described below.
We require all subprocessors to maintain appropriate security standards and to process data only as instructed. We will update this page when we add or remove subprocessors.
Cloud server infrastructure. All data is stored and processed on Hetzner servers in the EU.
Data processed: All personal data stored by the service.
WhatsApp messaging infrastructure. Customer messages pass through Twilio’s platform to reach the AI assistant and to deliver lead notifications to trade businesses.
Data processed: Customer WhatsApp numbers, message content.
AI inference. Conversation messages are sent to Groq in real time to generate AI responses. Groq does not retain data for training purposes.
Data processed: Message content only (transient, not stored by Groq).
Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card transactions. NeverMissAMessage does not store payment card details.
Data processed: Payment card data, billing name and address.
Transactional email delivery. Used to send service notifications and account communications to trade business subscribers.
Data processed: Email address, name of recipient.
Bot and abuse protection via Cloudflare Turnstile on our signup form.
Data processed: Browser and interaction signals (no personal data stored).
