No. The assistant never quotes prices, estimates job costs, or tells the customer what they should expect to pay. That’s your call, once you’ve spoken to them and assessed the job properly.

No. The assistant collects the enquiry — what job they’re looking for, the property type and location — and passes it to you. It does not provide technical advice or make recommendations about what work is needed.
